Northridge Health and Rehab is seeking passionate Licensed Practical Nurses(LPNs) to join our growing nursing team. As a LPN you will work alongside the Director of Nursing / Nurse Managers to provide the best quality care and ensure the safety to our residents : administrating medication and monitoring the resident's vitals. Additionally, provide support and directions to the nursing assistants.

Requirements :
- Active WI License Practical Nurse (LPN) license
