JOB SUMMARY
The Sales Enablement Specialist will lead North Risk's sales enablement and digital marketing strategy. This individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute high-impact digital marketing campaigns to support new business sales, client retention, and engagement across various channels.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Digital Marketing & Sales Enablement
- Partner with North Risk's Communication Manager to develop, execute, and manage the organization's email marketing processes, procedures, and strategy
- Work closely with North Risk's Learning & Development team and sales leaders to support Risk Advisors' use of HubSpot for lead generation, client retention, and more (e.g., drip campaign, marketing automation programs, automated workflows and sequences)
- Coordinate with North Risk's HubSpot technology owner to stay abreast of updates to the platform
- Maintain working knowledge of all relevant marketing tools in HubSpot (e.g., Lists, Forms, Ads) to support marketing and sales enablement initiatives and projects
- Manage the organization's email marketing calendar, including webinar and event invitations, newsletters, regulatory updates, and more
- Manage campaigns in HubSpot: connecting email, blogs, website, and social media, etc
- Report on key performance indicators: Track campaign results and produce routine analytics reports as required
- Effectively communicate objectives and timelines to cross-functional teams and business stakeholders
- Leverage data analytics to predict sales trends and provide actionable insight
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and provide solutions as a thought leader
Content Creation
- Create and curate attention-getting, relevant content applicable to prospects and clients
- Design visual assets for emails, landing pages, blogs, social media posts, and more
- Develop the firm's email marketing templates and best practices
Digital Presence
- Assist in the execution of social media strategy
- Manage the firm's external website
- Develop paid advertising strategy
- Assist in maintaining the firm's online listings and SEO performance
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities)
- A combination of education and experience generally attained through a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a professional environment
- Previous experience with HubSpot (or similar CRM system) and demonstrated success executing email marketing and sales enablement strategies
- Demonstrated efficiency with CRM or marketing platforms
- Obtain and maintain relevant HubSpot Marketing Certifications via HubSpot Academy
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Strong data analytics experience
- Proficiency with Adobe design products (e.g., Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Insurance industry knowledge and experience is a plus but not required
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing and digital channel strategies
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team structure

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Perform under normal office conditions; may include lifting/carrying objects weighing up to 25 pounds
- Twist, bend, stoop, kneel, squat, stand, walk, and reach frequently
- Hear, speak, and effectively verbally communicate in the English language, including following oral and written instructions to communicate with people inside and outside of the organization
- Sit and a desk for extended periods of time and perform long hours of work sitting at a computer
- Move around office/building/facilities repeatedly throughout the day
- Apply manual dexterity, visual acuity and ability, for computer keyboarding, office equipment uses, review of detailed reports, information, fine print, and warning labels
- Must possess valid driver’s license and be able to travel to different North Risk Partners locations for meetings, as well as various locations throughout the state and potentially the region for client meetings
- Able to work a flexible work schedule, including overtime, nights, and weekends to attend events and meetings as needed
TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT USED
Incumbents must be able to use telephones, calculators, copy machines, computers, printers, and other office equipment.

The work environment is primarily indoors. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The estimated base salary range for this full-time position is $65,000 - $80,000 annually, plus benefits. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training. The hiring range represents the company’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
