North River Boats will be accepting applications for the position of Aluminum Welder Fabricator. WORK HOURS:

• 6:00 A.M. – 2:30 P.M. Monday – Friday

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Proper Installation of all outfitting components including, but not limited to; outboard motors, controls, inboard motors, jet drives, deck hardware, fuel tanks, electronics, upholstery and canvas
• Read and understand all aspects of work orders
• Properly operate all equipment to outfit a boat per specific work order
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Maintain a high level of quality
• Must use proper safety equipment for every specific task
• Be accurate and organized
• Work to maintain a productive and positive work environment by proactively communicating with your lead and other leads/supervisors in the rigging department
• Understand basic measurements/Basic math skills
• Perform all other duties as assigned and appropriate to the position
• Assist the fabrication department by efficiently producing the highest quality boat hulls to be used in the manufacturing of North River boats

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be familiar with the workings of all electric, pneumatic, and hand tools
• Must be able to communicate with all levels of personnel
• Must come to work with a good attitude and be a team player
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs at any given time
• Must maintain an above average attendance recor
