In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining data in our database, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and free of errors. As the main point of contact for data input, you will play a significant role in helping our company run smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately input data into our database, including property information, client information, and financial data
- Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness
- Update and maintain records in an organized manner
- Communicate with team members and clients to gather necessary information
- Identify and report any errors or inconsistencies in data
- Help streamline processes and make suggestions for improvement
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in data entry or administrative work
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Familiarity with real estate data entry is a plus
