North Florilda Village is seeking a dependable and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a representative of North Florida Village, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers and provide them with exceptional service and support. We are looking for a motivated individual who enjoys working with people and has a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a warm and friendly manner, both in person and on the phone
- Assist customers with inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize effective communication skills to provide accurate information and resolve customer issues
- Process payments, refunds, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Identify and report any customer trends or issues to management for improvement
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote a positive image for our customers
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other basic computer applications
- Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and learn quickly
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed
