Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-oriented Live Chat/Tele Chat Support Representative to join our team. This role can be performed remotely or in our office, providing flexibility and convenience for the right candidate. You will be responsible for providing exceptional chat and phone support to our clients, ensuring that their inquiries and concerns are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients through live chat and phone calls to assist with their inquiries and concerns.
- Provide product knowledge and support to solve technical issues and answer questions.
- Utilize client's resources and databases to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Escalate complex problems to the appropriate department or team member when necessary.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and resolve customer issues.
- Follow up with clients to ensure their concerns have been addressed and resolved satisfactorily.
- Stay up-to-date with the company's products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to clients.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service or support role.
- Proficient in live chat and phone communication.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic technical troubleshooting.
- Experience in a virtual or fast-paced work environment is a plus.
