Now, we’re seeking a Content Creator to capture those stories in a way that inspires confidence, builds connection, and positions NSCS as the leading destination for transformational care.
The Role
As our Content Creator and meta Ads Creative Specialist, you’ll be the storyteller behind the results, translating procedures into patient journeys and outcomes into emotions. You’ll develop and execute content across channels that celebrates our patients, educates our audience, and elevates the North Shore Cosmetic Surgery brand.
This is a high-impact, highly visual role for someone equally comfortable with a smartphone in hand and a storyboard in mind. You’ll lead our organic and paid social content efforts, bringing life to our brand across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
We're looking for someone who not only knows how to tell a beautiful story, but also how to design a high-converting visual. You’ll be responsible for producing compelling video content and creating eye-catching ad creatives in Canva that drive performance.
This role is ideal for a visually driven content producer who understands the aesthetics of beauty and the psychology of performance - someone who knows how to capture attention, spark emotion, and inspire action.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Concept, film, and edit compelling short-form and long-form content, including Reels, TikToks, behind-the-scenes footage, provider interviews, transformations, and patient stories
- Meta Ads Creative Design: Create high-performing ad visuals using Canva for Instagram and Facebook campaigns—designing for engagement, conversion, and brand alignment
- Social Media Management: Support daily posting and visual storytelling across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook with a strong understanding of platform best practices
- On-Site Content Capture: Regularly film in-office procedures (with patient consent), provider features, patient experiences, and team moments to generate authentic, high-quality content
- Trendspotting: Stay on top of beauty, aesthetics, and social media trends, translating them into brand-appropriate, viral-ready content
- Brand Voice: Maintain a consistent, emotionally resonant tone that reflects North Shore’s ethos of confidence, care, and transformation
- Collaboration: Partner with surgeons, clinicians, and the rest of the team to ensure clinical accuracy, HIPAA compliance, and strong alignment between content and brand strategy
- Performance Optimization: Track engagement, reach, ad performance, and content insights to iterate and improve creative outputs for both organic and paid campaigns
Requirements
- Proven experience creating content for brands - ideally in the beauty, aesthetics, wellness, or lifestyle space
- Proficiency in mobile content creation using iPhone/Android and editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, InShot, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Comfortable filming and editing video, directing others on camera, and occasionally being on camera when needed
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content algorithms, and performance trends—especially TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook
- Experience designing Meta ad creatives (static or animated) in Canva or similar platforms, with an understanding of what drives conversions
- Strong visual eye and creative instincts with a portfolio that showcases aesthetic storytelling and design sensibility
- Passion for or working knowledge of cosmetic procedures such as injectables, body sculpting, facelifts, skin tightening, etc. - or a genuine interest in learning
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-touch environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in digital marketing, content production, media, or communications
- Experience working in a medspa, dermatology clinic, or cosmetic surgery setting
- Basic photography and videography skills, including lighting and composition
- Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, A/B creative testing, or performance-driven content strategy

- CapCut / InShot / Adobe Premiere Rush: For mobile-first video editing and short-form storytelling
- Meta Ads Manager: To collaborate with the marketing team on ad creative testing, specs, and optimizations
- Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts: For daily posting, content planning, and trend tracking
- Google Drive / Docs / Sheets: For collaborative planning, campaign tracking, and content calendars
- Email / Monday: For internal communication and task management
What Success Looks Like
- You consistently produce scroll-stopping, emotionally resonant content that drives both engagement and interest across organic and paid channels
- You own the creative development of Meta ads in Canva, delivering high-performing visuals aligned with campaign goals and seasonal strategies
- You build a strong library of content—including procedure footage, patient stories, provider insights, and branded visuals—that supports all stages of the patient journey
- You stay ahead of platform trends and proactively pitch new content ideas, hooks, and formats to keep the brand culturally relevant and creatively fresh
- Your content contributes to measurable growth in engagement, consultation bookings, lead generation, and overall brand visibility
- You maintain a seamless, collaborative relationship with the clinical and all other teams while managing your workflow with independence and creativity
Salary : $65,000 - $75,000
