North Shore Mazda and Wellesley Mazda are searching for full-time FLAT-RATE TECHNICIANS to join a unique environment that truly offers the highest paying opportunities for the following three significant reasons:
1. We are dealerships with very, very low warranty work! (Less than 15% of our workload.)
2. A great amount of our business is customer pay, which obviously reaps the most profit!
3. Additionally, we are high volume used car sales dealerships which consistently and constantly ‘load-the-shop’ with get-ready ROs for our pre-owned inventory in order to get them fittingly FRONT-LINE-READY!
These of course are high priority money-making parts of this career job opportunity! We, however, have additional ‘company’ attributes and benefits which enhance the above mentioned.
