Exceptional candidate might have:
Experience in a dental or medical practice
Experience with Ortho2 Edge and/or Eaglesoft
Experience with patient accounts, scheduling, and insurance
This is a full time position; Monday-Thursday from 7:45-5:15, some Fridays and Saturdays

Responsibilities include:
- Ensuring that the practice operations are functional and optimized and provide patient care in the most appropriate, efficient, and effective manner
- Managing personnel; to include hiring new team members, training existing team members, monitoring team daily performance, coaching team to efficiently accomplish goals, rewarding team members, and resolving conflicts as needed.
- Maximizing productivity of practice through efficient scheduling, billing and collections process
- Analyzing scheduling, billing, and collections process regularly and adjusting for maximum efficiency
- Taking initiative in establishing and implementing practice systems, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures for the administrative and clinical teams
- Coordinating with practice management consultant on guided system implementation
- Managing our information management software and systems; to include practice management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, card processing, and patient communications
- Marketing the practice to the community through social media and in-person events
- Organizing in-office meetings and events for staff team-building
- Front desk coverage including greeting families, scheduling, contracts and payments
