Our newest center in Elmhurst, IL, is looking for a BCBA in training to join our team. In this role, you will work as a Registered Behavior Technician, while also assisting the Clinical Director with unrestricted supervision activities for a caseload of clients. You must currently be enrolled in a graduate-level ABA course and working towards your BCBA certification.

What does a Assistant Clinical Coordinator / BCBA apprentice do?
The Assistant Clinical Coordinator is responsible for assisting the BCBA / Clinic Director team with unrestricted supervision activities for a caseload of clients. In addition to this responsibility, the ACC is required to maintain a role as a Behavior Therapist for approximately half the hours. The ACC will lead Behavior Therapist / Registered Behavior Technician (BT / RBT) training classes for onboarding and ongoing training.
