As a BCBA at North Shore Pediatric Therapy, your role is so much more than just managing cases. You'll have the chance to lead, mentor, and create lasting change:
- Mentor and Inspire: Coach and actively manage RBTs, helping them develop into skilled and compassionate clinicians.
- Deliver Transformative Care: Lead a caseload of 6–9 children, providing 145–150 hours of care per month. Develop treatment protocols, conduct parent trainings, and celebrate every milestone achieved.
- Collaborate and Innovate: Partner with OTs, SLPs, PTs, and other experts to deliver holistic, interdisciplinary care.
- Grow Your Expertise: Access free in-house CEUs, a $500 annual CEU stipend, and leadership training opportunities to advance your skills and career.
