Your total compensation will range from $98,000 to $120,000, including a 20% performance-based bonus determined by center metrics.

A minimum of 3 years of management experience and at least 1 year as a BCBA in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.A desire to grow as a leader and the enthusiasm to train, manage, and mentor a talented team of pediatric professionals.Physical demands : Must be able to sit, stand, bend, and walk regularly, lift and / or move up to 45 pounds, and communicate effectively in a moderately noisy environment.Next Steps with North Shore Pediatric Therapy :
