In this role, you will assist the Clinical Director with unrestricted supervision activities for a caseload of clients. You must currently be enrolled in a graduate-level ABA course and working towards your BCBA certification.

What does a Lead Assistant Clinical Coordinator / BCBA in training do?
The Lead Assistant Clinical Coordinator (LACC) is responsible for assisting an assigned BCBA or Clinical Director with unrestricted supervision activities for a caseload of clients. In addition to this responsibility, the LACC is required to maintain a role as a Behavior Therapist on their client's teams. The Lead Assistant Clinical Coordinator supports / trains the client's family to facilitate the generalization of therapy gains across people and environments under the direction of the BCBA or Clinic Director. Finally, the role also manages a Behavior Therapist team under close supervision of the BCBA / Clinic Director, including training, supervision, and performance feedback.
