What Will You Do?

As a Behavior Technician, you will work one-on-one with children under the guidance of our Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Your role will involve :

Respecting Autonomy : Engage with children in ways that honor their choices and preferences.

Being Active : Participate in playful, engaging activities that help children learn essential skills.

Handling Challenges with Compassion : Manage critical situations with patience, focusing on safety and progress.

Celebrating Successes : Enjoy the experience of witnessing and celebrating each child's progress.

Have experience working with children, especially those with developmental disabilities.
