What are the responsibilities and job description for the Medical Office Customer Service Representative position at North Shore Pediatrics?
North Shore Pediatrics currently has an opening for a Medical Office Customer Service Representative. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, collection of payments, posting charges and assisting patients and families. Must have computer experience, strong math skills and a basic understanding of medical coding. Previous experience in a medical office preferred. The ideal candidate will be professional, out-going, be able to multi-task, and enjoys being around children. Experience with AthenaHealth PM/EMR helpful but not necessary.
This is a full-time position with rotating weekends and holidays. Candidates not able to work a full time schedule will not be considered. NSP offers a full range of benefits including health, dental, a generous vacation policy, long term disability and a 401k plan with matching funds.

Pay: $17.50 - $20.50 per hour
