North Shore Veterinary Hospital is seeking a client-service driven, team-oriented Practice Manager with a compassionate heart for people and their pets! Progressive, Fear-Free Certified, 80-year old practice has been AAHA accredited since 1979. We were the first Fear Free Certified Practice in Minnesota and our facility was expanded and renovated in 2018 and again in 2023.
This position leads in close partnership with the medical director by setting core value-driven goals and making decisions based on what is best for our patients and our team. Our professional and support staff are highly-skilled and fun-loving; every member of our team contributes to our positive work environment! NSVH has focused on the human-animal bond for more than twenty years which is appreciated by our loyal client base who desire high-quality care.
We are seeking candidates with significant experience and talent in human relations and team management. We strongly prefer someone with veterinary hospital management experience. This salaried, full-time position is scheduled week days during business hours.
