About the Job
The Aerial Foreman will be responsible for overseeing the completion of aerial construction projects, ensuring that all work is done safely and efficiently. This includes instructing and following all OSHA and company fall safety procedures, as well as maintaining accurate and timely records.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Leadership experience in construction, cable, telecommunications or related industries.
- Physical ability to perform tasks required in this position.
- Ability to operate various types of trucks and equipment.
- Drive and/or operate diesel or gasoline powered equipment to/from/on jobsite (CDL preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
