About the Role
The Aerial Foreman will be responsible for leading a crew to complete aerial construction projects, ensuring that all work is done safely and efficiently. This includes instructing and following all OSHA and company fall safety procedures, as well as maintaining accurate and timely records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a crew to complete aerial construction projects on time and within budget.
- Ensure highest level of safety and quality control requirements are upheld.
- Instruct and follow all OSHA and company fall safety procedures.
- Responsible for proper, accurate and timely submission of dailies and production reports.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- 1-3 years prior experience in construction, cable, telecommunications or related industries; leadership experience preferred.
- Able to perform physical tasks required in this position for the entire assigned shift.
- Ability to operate various types of trucks and equipment.
- Drive and/or operate diesel or gasoline powered equipment to/from/on jobsite (CDL preferred).
- Maintain safe working habits/conditions according to all regulations and policies.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, employees, etc. in the accomplishments of the company's goals.
