- You will be responsible for installing state of the art products to customers by exceeding the customer’s expectations.
- Ensure highest level of safety and quality control requirements are upheld
- Installing and upgrading antennas
- Electronic testing of equipment to inspect the tower’s operation
- Identifying problems and performing maintenance of network equipment
- Installation and servicing of wireless equipment in the field
- Instruct and follow of all OSHA and Company Fall Safety procedures
- Safely working in ALL environments
- Show up on time every day, ready to rock and roll
- Basic use of hand tools and equipment
- Able to identify hazards associated with the construction industry
- Work closely with your team and follow instructions
- To be 18 years of age or older
- Authorization to work in the United States for this company
- Valid Drivers License
- Minimum of 1 year prior experience in construction, cable, telecommunications or related industries; desired but not required.
- Ability to travel - required
- Ability to work weekends as needed
- Able to perform the physical tasks required in this position for the entire assigned shift.
- Maintain safe working habits/conditions according to all regulations and policies
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, employees, etc. in the accomplishments of North Sky’s goals
- Routinely: climb, stoop, push, pull, bend, reach, lift , stand
- Occasionally: sit
- Candidate must be able to climb towers at heights of up to 300" or more.
- Able to lift up to 75lbs
