Position Overview:
The Part-Time Office Assistant will work closely with our warehouse and operations teams to handle administrative tasks that keep our shipments moving and our inventory accurate. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and send shipping labels for outgoing orders
- Assist with coordinating and scheduling shipments
- Track and manage inventory levels and SKUs
- Process and file invoices and packing slips
- Maintain accurate records for shipments and deliveries
- Support warehouse team with general administrative tasks
- Help with data entry and updating inventory systems
- Communicate with vendors and carriers as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous office or administrative experience preferred
- Familiarity with inventory systems and shipping software a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Comfortable using Excel, Google Sheets, and other office tools
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Schedule:
- Part-time 1pm-5pm, 20hrs per Week
- Flexible hours, with availability during standard business hours
Compensation:
- Competitive hourly rate based on experience
