The Incentives Termination Specialist is responsible for processing the suspension, reinstatement, or termination of incentives based on service member eligibility changes. This role requires expertise in ARNG regulations and incentive payment processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed eligibility reviews for incentive terminations and suspensions.
- Process all incentive terminations within 5 business days of request receipt.
- Accurately update service member records in GIMS to reflect status changes.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies related to bonus recoupments and repayment plans.
- Experience in military personnel finance or incentive programs (2 years preferred).
- Proficiency in GIMS, iPERMS, and ARNG policy compliance.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and record-keeping skills.
