Job Summary : This position is full-time on site in Cheyenne, Wyoming. The ideal candidate must reside within the Greater Cheyenne Wyoming Area. Key Responsibilities : Manage contract personnel & ensure performance. Lead non-clinical case management team. Oversee medical records, reviews, & risk analysis. Ensure regulatory compliance & file maintenance. Develop & improve case management procedures. Liaise with WYARNG leadership & provide updates. Track & report on medical readiness metrics. Conduct quality assurance checks. Manage caseloads & supervise team. Qualifications U.S. Citizen. Bachelor's degree (Healthcare Admin, Public Health, etc.). Case management / medical records experience (military / govt preferred). Knowledge of non-clinical case management. Team management experience. Proficiency in medical readiness tracking systems.
