Title: Mid-Level Graphics Specialist
Location: Washington Navy Yard, Washington, D.C.

Key Responsibilities
Design and produce high-quality graphic materials including short videos, images, posters, infographics, and digital signage for military and government use.
Develop interactive multimedia content, including animations and audiovisual elements, that align with strategic communication goals.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to conceptualize and create visually compelling materials that translate complex ideas into easily understood graphics.
Ensure all graphic design work meets industry-leading audiovisual standards and aligns with government and military branding requirements.
Support the creation of exhibits, printed materials, online publications, and visual presentations for internal and external audiences.
Utilize Adobe Pro, Final Cut Pro, and other industry-standard graphic design and video editing software to develop high-quality visuals.
Maintain consistency in branding and visual identity across all digital and print platforms.
Work within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, managing multiple design projects simultaneously.
Adapt design strategies based on target audience needs, platform requirements, and evolving communication objectives.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Graphics, Graphic Design, Animation, Art, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum four (4) years of experience producing military and/or government graphic design products.
Proficiency in Adobe Pro and/or Final Cut Pro for graphic design, video editing, and multimedia production.
Demonstrated ability to conceptualize, create, and execute audiovisual and interactive media projects.
Strong visual storytelling skills with the ability to synthesize complex concepts into clear, engaging graphics.
Experience developing materials for exhibits, print publications, digital platforms, and presentations.
Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and senior leadership to develop effective visual communications.
Knowledge of audiovisual industry standards and best practices for digital media production.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
