Title: Mid-Level Project Manager

Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee contractor personnel responsible for executing tasks under the contract
Plan, organize, and execute workload management strategies to ensure project milestones are met
Develop and deliver monthly labor summaries and project status reports
Provide support for public affairs products, including presentations, press releases, briefs, audits, and communication plans
Oversee the creation and editing of still photography and video content, including post-production work
Ensure efficient coordination and communication between teams to align with NAVSEA, Navy, and DoD objectives
Implement program management execution plans to streamline processes and improve efficiency
Supervise and lead a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and adherence to project requirements
Produce well-structured and properly edited written materials that clearly and logically convey complex information
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, or a related field
Minimum of four (4) years of experience in project management within DoD, Navy programs, or a relevant field
Strong working knowledge of NAVSEA, Congress, the Navy, and the Department of Defense
Proven experience managing and supervising teams in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments
Ability to develop and implement program management execution plans effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to produce clear and concise reports and strategic documents
Experience in coordinating and managing public affairs materials, including press releases, briefings, and multimedia content
Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously
