Job Summary : The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing contract deliverables, managing project timelines, and ensuring compliance with performance standards for all HR and administrative support functions. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills to ensure project milestones are met within budget, scope, and schedule . The project manager will work closely with government representatives and internal stakeholders to implement process improvements, track performance metrics, and coordinate program activities . Key Responsibilities :
- Manage all aspects of contract performance , ensuring the execution of key tasks and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, risk assessments, and performance metrics to track contract success.
- Work closely with government Contracting Officers (KO) and Contracting Officer Representatives (CORs) to ensure compliance with contract requirements.
- Provide strategic recommendations to leadership for improving operational efficiency .
- Develop and present progress reports, risk assessments, and project briefings to senior leadership.
- Oversee Quality Control (QC) plans , ensuring deliverables meet performance and compliance standards .
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions, personnel meetings, and contract-related events .
- Ensure all contractual requirements, timelines, and reporting guidelines are adhered to.
- Assist in budget tracking and resource allocation to optimize contract performance.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization in HR services and administrative support functions.
