Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for all contract personnel, ensuring contract performance aligns with the Performance Work Statement (PWS)
Manage the non-clinical case management team, overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficient workflow
Provide oversight, tracking, and administrative support for non-clinical case management, including medical records management, MRC correction, PHA event planning, and patient risk analysis
Ensure proper medical board completion and analysis, supporting the Wyoming Army National Guard in maintaining medical readiness
Maintain and update case files, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, policies, and security requirements
Develop and implement case management procedures to optimize tracking and reporting of medical readiness data
Serve as the primary liaison with WYARNG leadership, ensuring timely and effective communication regarding case management operations
Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to medical readiness, ensuring compliance with national medical readiness goals
Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of case management activities
Manage individual caseloads while supervising the broader non-clinical case management team
Qualifications
Must be a United States Citizen
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related discipline
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in case management, medical records administration, or healthcare operations within a military or government setting
Strong understanding of non-clinical case management procedures, including medical records tracking, medical board processes, and patient risk analysis
Experience managing a team in a high-paced environment, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with contractual requirements
Proficiency in relevant medical readiness tracking systems such as MEDPROS, MODS, MEDCHART, and PRT
Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects and caseloads simultaneously
Experience working with military healthcare policies, regulations, and administrative procedures
Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with senior leadership, medical personnel, and other stakeholders
Ability to develop reports, track case progress, and analyze trends to support decision-making processes
Must be able to obtain and maintain any required security clearances necessary for accessing sensitive medical records and military systems
