The Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that team members complete tasks accurately and on time while adhering to all regulations and policies.

The Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that team members complete tasks accurately and on time while adhering to all regulations and policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Directly supervise a team of HR personnel, ensuring day-to-day tasks are completed effectively and in compliance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
- Conduct team meetings and provide guidance on task prioritization and compliance with Army HR regulations.
- Review and approve individual work products, such as personnel actions, in/out processing documentation, and reports.
- Address performance deficiencies, provide on-the-job training, and support team development.
- Serve as the point of contact for resolving immediate operational issues or escalations from team members.
- Collaborate with the Manager to ensure alignment with contract deliverables and performance standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in military HR.
- Familiarity with Army HR systems and processes, such as iPERMS and IPPS-A.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Active SECRET security clearance or the ability to obtain one.
