Your Role:
As the Assistant Director of Clinical Services, you will work closely with the Director of Clinical Services to plan, organize, and oversee clinical programs. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the organization and implementation of therapeutic and medical services.
- Ensuring compliance with facility standards and state regulations.
- Providing clinical supervision and performance evaluations for clinical staff.
- Collaborating with leadership teams to develop and enhance facility services.
- Stepping in as acting Director of Clinical Services when needed.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in a social services field.
- Strong background in providing clinical services.
- Experience in mental health (preferred).
- Eligibility to be recognized as a State Approved Clinical Supervisor.
