The Facilities Coordinator is responsible for performing a variety of department coordination and general office duties and assisting the Director Plant Operations in providing a safe, secure, and compliant work environment.

Key Responsibilities
The Facilities Coordinator is responsible for performing a variety of department coordination and general office duties and assisting the Director Plant Operations in providing a safe, secure, and compliant work environment.
- Oversee and direct the work order system for all facilities to include: monitoring and distributing work orders, ensuring their completion, and providing weekly update reports.
- Maintains and tracks the Environment of Care (EOC) compliance and data for all facilities to include: developing work orders for identified issues, and competion of all EOC work orders.
- Oversee the Facilities Team inventory to ensure the team has all necessary tools.
- Assists the Director of Plant Operations with processing quotes, invoices, purchase requests and all other department forms and paperwork.
- Oversees the key distribution and tracking according to policy.
Qualifications: To excel in this role, you should have:
- Education: A high school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: 1 year of experience in either a health care feild or administrative function for a Maintenance/Facilities Department.
- Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer Competency: Microsoft Office Suite platform, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint in addition to a working knowledge of computers.
