North Star Community Credit Union is currently accepting applications for a full-time Member Service Representative (Teller) at its Ida Grove branch. Ideal candidates will be friendly, patient, and will strive to do accurate work.
The primary function of this position is to provide our members with top notch member service, while handling essential teller functions, along with providing and cross selling credit union products and services. Desired candidates must have outstanding interpersonal skills, strong multi-tasking abilities, self-motivation, and a desire to learn and grow within the credit union. A high school diploma or the equivalent is required. Previous cash handling and customer service experience is preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish) speaking capabilities are a plus.
