We are looking for candidates with 20 years of IT experience, with the minimum of 8 years in Program / Project Management
- Must have strong experience in managing large and complex programs
- Role involves discussing business priorities and developing business roadmap
- Translates process requirements into concrete project plans
- Negotiates with stakeholders to commit to and execute project plans
- Translates strategic vision into program scope and design
- Must stay updated with industry trends and organization knowledge for alternative approaches and solutions
- Partners with business and technology teams to determine best solutions for program objectives
- Facilitates joint planning with business partners for project and program lifecycle
- Develops and maintains end-to-end program schedule, managing performance against it
- Must have strong knowledge on implementing Agile methodologies and practices
- Creates and manages program-level performance indicators and metrics.
