What are the responsibilities and job description for the Workday HCM Architect/Manager position at North Star Group?
As a Senior Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution

Navigate the complexities of cross-border and / or diverse teams and engagements

Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct
Configuring and optimizing the Workday HCM Absence Management & Time Tracking module;
Utilizing system application implementations and software configurations;
Managing touchpoints with related Workday modules including Talent Management, HCM Core, Advanced Compensation, etc.;
Participating and leading client discussions and meetings;
Managing engagements or dedicated workstreams, including preparing concise, accurate documents and maintaining project economics while maintaining flexibility for unanticipated issues;
Leading teams across different time zones and offshore centers with the ability to support sales cycle by participating / leading in proposal development and client orals presentations;
Identifying and addressing client needs while building, maintaining, and utilizing networks of client relationships and community involvement;
Communicating value propositions; managing resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing and collections;
Preparing and / or coordinating complex written and verbal materials;
Participating and leading client discussions and meetings;
Managing engagements or dedicated workstreams, including preparing concise, accurate documents and maintaining project economics while maintaining flexibility for unanticipated issues;
Supervising teams to create an atmosphere of trust and seeking diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation;
Answering questions and providing direction to less-experienced staff; and, Coaching staff including providing timely meaningful written and verbal feedback
