CAH-Operating Room – Graduate Nurse – Full Time Day Shift 7a-3p, Various shifts as needed-Req 8314

Pay: $37.72*

Provides care in the Ambulatory setting directed toward meeting both the psychosocial and physical needs of the patient.  Is a resource person and teacher.  Care given reflects initiative and responsibility indicative of professional expectations.  Utilizes initiative, strives to maintain steady level of productivity.  Is a self-starter.  Is compatible and supportive, a team player.  Communication on behalf of the patient reflects the mission, ethics and goals of Carthage Area Hospital as well as the focus statement of the department.  Maintains regulatory agency requirements, nursing and Carthage Area Hospital policies, procedures and standards

Qualifications:

• Associates Degree in Nursing.  

• Submittal of application for Licensure and Limited Permit.  

• Paid required fees.  

• Valid New York State RN License within one year of receiving limited permit.  

• BLS certification
