Physician Liaison - Full-Time Day Shift 8a-4:30p- Req 8168
Pay Range: $28.00-$37.10
Site: All North Star Health Alliance locations
The physician liaison will be responsible to serve as a physician advocate strengthening and enhancing the relationship between North Star Health Alliance and the physician community. They will develop and maintain physician relationships in accordance with NSHA's strategic goals and initiatives. Will assist in the onboarding process for all providers. Travel is required to all facilities to help build provider relationships and take part in on-site interviews and tours.
REQUIREMENTS:

AA / AS degree in business or healthcare related field

Requires the ability to independently perform all the duties of the position efficiently and effectively.

Ability to stay organized and self driven

Must have strong communication skills and be able to communicate with a variety of people

Must have advanced knowledge in standard computer processing systems, spreadsheets, etc.

Prefer a working understanding of the hospital and individual department operations, goals and objectives as it relates to services provided, etc. and willingness to learn

HR experience helpful, but not required

Clinic operations experience and the ability to build provider relationships heavily preferred
