We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Computed Tomography Level 3 in DR and CT. This role is pivotal in ensuring the quality of work, providing technical team training, adhering to NSI’s processes and procedures, and collaborating with ISG’s Operations Manager/RL3 and Sales Support.
Responsibilities
- Perform high-level product scanning for ISG & Applications.
- Support projects at all scanning service locations.
- Train and mentor team members in CT and DR.
- Assist NSI sales at exhibitions and trade shows.
- Collaborate with ISG Operations Manager on quality control and training.
- Provide expertise and communicate effectively within and outside NSI.
- Conduct inspection services through NSI’s ISG department.
- Work with customers and sales on DR & CT scanning services.
- Ensure compliance with NSI procedures and industry standards.
- Address quality issues with scanning equipment suppliers and NSI Quality Manager.
- Support Responsible L3 with NSI’s interpretation program.
- Administer internal training and testing programs for all US sites.
- Develop inspection techniques and process parts according to specs.
- Perform post-processing analysis on CT scan data.
- Provide final acceptance and interpretation of DR and CT data.
- Address customer feedback and resolve service-related issues.
- Up to 20% travel.
- NAS 410 Level 3 in Digital Radiography (DR) and Computed Tomography (CT)
- Advanced technique development in DR and CT
- Certification with CT post-processing software (Volume Graphics)
- Understanding of ASTM E2698 and E3375
- ASNT RT Level 3 preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field
