What are the responsibilities and job description for the Agency/Support Services Technician position at North Star Mutual Insurance Company?
North Star Mutual Insurance Company is looking for an individual to process incoming and outgoing mail, route correspondence to various departments, assemble policies, greet visitors and answer/route incoming calls.
Individuals that are efficient, accurate, have knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel and work well with others are encouraged to apply.
Related work experience for this position is preferred, but not required. Duties include lifting and other physically demanding activities.
This is a full-time in-office position.
While a variety of factors, including but not limited to job related knowledge, skillset, level of education and/or experience will be taken into consideration, it is anticipated this entry-level position will start at $19.00 per hour. This role may be eligible for a merit increase at both the 3 month and 6-month mark and then annually thereafter and is eligible for our profit-sharing bonus plan.
Starting Range $19.00 to $21.00 per hour.
