What are the responsibilities and job description for the Exterior Pool Monitor Position - Thursday through Sunday 9am to 3pm position at North Star Protective Services?
Shift is entirely outside. We are looking for a dedicated team member to verify only residents of the community are using the facilities.
We are seeking a Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for a residential swimming pool.
This post starts Friday 5/3/25. The shifts are Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 9:00am to 3:00pm.
The post will start with only weekends 5/3/25 and on 5/22/2025 it will increase to include the weekday shifts.
The last shift of this post is Monday 9/7/2025.
Duties
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure security
- Enforce security policies and procedures
- Respond to emergencies and provide assistance when needed
- Write detailed incident reports
- Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary
Qualifications
- CPR, First Aid, and AED certification preferred
- Experience in conflict management and loss prevention
- Background in law enforcement or military is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
