Position: IT Desktop Service Desk Administrator

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

POSITION SUMMARY:
This role is essential to our client experience and requires excellent initiative, maintaining customer relationships, confidentiality, and exceptional time management. In this role, you will be the initial contact point for IT, provide user support for workstations computer software and hardware problems, set up new computer workstations, administer user accounts and security, maintains and updates production systems, maintain computers, printers, and hardware and software inventory, triage and prioritize incoming incidents and requests, distribute and track tickets with other team members and analysis for trends, answers misc. questions about mobile devices and support, as well as perform other duties as assigned. Minimum requirements in terms of educational background, work experience, licenses /certifications or other knowledge, skills and abilities:
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 years of experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Windows operating systems
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office products
- Solid understanding of computer hardware principles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and priorities
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Available for some evening and weekend work
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to perform all physical, mental and environmental job functions
ADDITIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- M365 administrative skills
- Experience Nijia 1
- Scripting Skills such as Postscript
- Active Directory /Domain Administration Knowledge
