Job Description
The Dining Room Service Lead is responsible for overseeing the flow of service from the kitchen to ensure all residents receive their preferences in both food and beverages. This includes working with professionalism and knowledge of basic food offerings and menu content, as well as maintaining a clean and properly set up dining area.
- Takes resident meal orders and serves meals correctly and efficiently using exceptional customer service techniques.
- Completes various tasks to ensure the dining room and kitchen areas are fully stocked and prepared to serve residents.
- Assists with setup and cleaning of the kitchen and dining room before and after each meal.
