Position Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and empathetic Sales - Call Handler to join our team. This hybrid position involves engaging with prospective patients who have expressed interest in our procedures through social media, online search, or our website. You will play a key role in nurturing these leads, ensuring a positive patient experience, and converting inquiries into scheduled consultations and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective patients via phone, text message, or email, following up on documented interest in our procedures.
- Build trust and rapport by answering questions, addressing concerns, and providing information about our services.
- Schedule patient consultations and provide clear instructions for next steps, including appointment preparation details.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing and outreach team to ensure alignment on lead nurturing strategies.
Follow our established Sales Call Procedure, including:
- Highlighting why our clinic and procedures are the best choice.
- Credentialing the clinic and providers to showcase expertise.
- Qualifying leads to assess clinical, financial, and logistical fit.
- Educating patients on procedure benefits, timelines, and expectations.
- Creating a sense of urgency to encourage next steps, such as consultations.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of call handling or sales experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A customer-focused mindset with the ability to build trust and empathy.
- Proven ability to nurture leads and convert them into appointments or sales.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools is preferred.
- Passion for helping others and contributing to patient care.
