Role Overview


As the Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving brand awareness, generating leads, and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns. You’ll collaborate with teams across the company to craft compelling content, optimize digital presence, and support business growth through data-driven marketing strategies.


  • Develop and execute global marketing plans across multiple channels.
  • Plan, analyze, and optimize marketing campaigns tailored to different business units.
  • Create high-quality content for blogs, videos, social media, and other marketing materials.
  • Manage website content and SEO to drive traffic and lead generation.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
  • Collaborate with SDR teams to build and analyze a high-quality lead database.
  • Run effective Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns.
  • Coordinate digital marketing assets to ensure brand consistency.
  • Oversee relationships with marketing suppliers such as designers and developers.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.


What we are looking for


  • Previous B2B tech marketing experience in a startup
  • Strong desire to join a high potential but early startup as the sole marketer (current team)
  • Generalist marketing background across demand gen, growth, digital marketing, content and brand.
  • Experience with online event management (webinars, roundtables, conferences, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using website analytics tools.
  • Move fast mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative team player and excellent communicator when working with an international team across time zones.
