Salesforce Administrator

North State Bank has an exciting opportunity for a nCino/Salesforce Administrator with our Bank Operations Department. The nCino/Salesforce Administrator supports the installation, configuration, and maintenance of all products and application framework for the nCino (Salesforce) Bank Operating System.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Provides support and maintains system access for all nCino internal and external user profiles.
• Configures and implements technical solutions such as flows, validation rules, create custom fields, form mapping in nCino based on user feedback and business demand.
• Researches, troubleshoots, replicates, and resolves user reported errors, questions, and configuration enhancements for the nCino platform and various integrations.
• Escalates critical issues with the nCino platform to the Senior Admin/Developer, management, and vendors.
• Assist Senior Admin/Developer in implementing new features, feature enhancements and perform intermittent testing in Sandbox and live environment of the major/minor releases for the application system changes and upgrades.
• Creates and assists users and management with reports and dashboards in nCino.
• Communicates regularly with system users via email, in-person and phone to ensure efficiency, optimization, usage and user knowledge.
• Creates change management documentation ensuring alignment with organization goals and project requirements.
• Creates training materials, guides, and best practices for the nCino Bank Operating System for internal and external users.
• Works with the Senior Admin/Developer in the evaluation of new applications and tools in nCino/Salesforce by participating on project teams, early adopter and other design programs to meet business demands.
• Works independently with minimal direction, flexibility and adapts easily to changing product and business needs.
  
  

Qualifications (Includes education, certifications, experience, etc.)

• A bachelor's degree in computer science or combination of education and work experience.
• Three or more years' experience with nCino/Salesforce platform. nCino or Salesforce Administrator certification preferred.
• Five or more years in banking or financial services industry with demonstrated expertise in loan processes, terminology, and practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
