Unarmed Security Guard
Location: Erwin NC
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / PRN
Shifts Available: 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts
Pay: $16 / Hr ($2 promised raise in July)
Responsibilities:
- Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules
- Patrol assigned areas regularly to ensure safety and security
- Respond quickly and effectively to alarms or suspicious activity
- Provide a visible and professional presence for employees, patients, and guests
- Write clear and accurate incident reports as needed
- Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency responders if necessary
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or military
- Excellent observational and communication skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle situations with professionalism
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass a background check
- Must be already licensed and registered with NC PPSB and hold a valid Guard Card
