Job Summary:
We are seeking a Protein Production Unit (PPU) Technician to support animal care and biotech operations in a GMP-controlled environment. The role involves sanitization, artificial insemination, hatching chicks, blood sample collection, and health/environmental monitoring. Candidates must be comfortable working weekends and holidays as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Provide daily care and health monitoring of animals.
✅ Sanitize enclosures, equipment, and production areas.
✅ Collect and document health and environmental data.
✅ Handle and restrain animals using humane techniques.
✅ Follow SOPs and GMPs to ensure compliance.
✅ Assist with special projects and facility maintenance.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
