Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled General Maintenance Technician to join our team at two multi-family residential complexes in Edwardsville, KS. This role will involve performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks, including apartment renovations. Ideal candidates should have relevant experience and be equipped with their own tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance and repair work across the properties.
- Complete renovations for vacant apartments, ensuring they are ready for move-in.
- Assist with the delivery and installation of appliances.
- Address service requests promptly and provide friendly, professional service to residents.
- Maintain property grounds, including light lawn care and trash removal.
Qualifications
- Solid experience in general maintenance or construction.
- Skilled in painting, drywall repair and installation, and appliance installation.
- Familiarity with carpentry, basic electrical work, and plumbing is a plus.
- Strong ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines.
- Reliable transportation, personal tools, and a working cell phone are required.
