As a Residential Leasing Agent, you will be the face of our properties, helping prospective residents find their ideal home while maintaining strong relationships with current residents. This role is perfect for someone who loves working with people, is detail-oriented, and has a knack for sales.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective residents.
- Maintain knowledge of current rent specials, policies, and community features.
- Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.
- Support the property management team with resident communication and move-ins.
- Accurately manage records, files, and reports related to leasing activities.
- Assist applicants with the leasing process, including applications and lease agreements.
