At North Texas Dental Surgery, we pride ourselves on delivering cutting-edge dental care with compassion and excellence. We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Dental Assistant to join our team and assist in providing state-of-the-art Digital All-on-4 procedures to our valued patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the dentist during Digital All-on-4 procedures, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
- Prepare treatment rooms and equipment for Digital All-on-4 surgeries.
- Take digital impressions, X-rays, and other diagnostic images as required.
- Provide chairside assistance, anticipating the dentist's needs and ensuring patient comfort.
- Maintain accurate patient records and assist.
- Uphold strict sterilization and infection control protocols to ensure patient safety.
- Educate patients on post-operative care instructions and oral hygiene techniques.
Requirements:
- Registered Dental Assistant (RDA).
- Previous experience assisting with Digital All-on-4 procedures preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Proficiency in dental software for digital imaging and record-keeping. (Medit /Micron Mapper)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced clinical setting.
