We are seeking a skilled Behavioral Health Therapist to join our team at North Texas Medical Center. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality care to patients and their families in our outpatient clinics.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to work independently and collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
Key responsibilities will include conducting behavioral/mental health screenings, initial assessments, and treatment plans for patients referred from other RHC clinicians and the community at large. The ideal candidate will also be able to offer clinical therapeutic services to children, adolescents, adults, and families, including individual, couple, and family therapy, in-person as well as via telemedicine visits.
