Key Responsibilities
- Deliver assessment and treatment to clients with diverse speech and language disorders.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient care.
- Design and implement tailored therapy plans based on individual patient assessments.
- Document patient progress meticulously and adjust treatment strategies as required.
- Provide education to patients and their families regarding therapy methodologies and techniques.
- Strong assessment and diagnostic capabilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in developing customized therapy plans.
- Knowledge of a broad range of speech and language disorders.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Certification as a Speech Language Pathologist or a comparable credential for SLPA.
- Experience with diverse patient demographics is advantageous.
