Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities
- Acts as a physician liaison to develop and maintain a positive relationship between the referral coordinator, physician, and the company
- Establishes and maintains an ongoing public relations program and marketing plan to increase community understanding, improve relations with physicians and other care clinicians.
- Meets with referral coordinators/community resources on an ongoing basis to develop and maintain a positive relationship and generate referrals.
- Researches for and schedules community marketing opportunities.
- Assists colleagues with tasks, as needed, to ensure efficient work flow within the company.
- Implements plan of action based on staffing needs.
- Prepares and update weekly reports marketing reports.
- Utilize and maintain budget for marketing purposes.
Position Qualifications
- High school graduate required. Must be able to read and write English. Bachelor's degree and experience in health care or related field preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all segments of staff.
- Creativity and outgoing personality.
- Willingness to help others.
- Must have valid driver's license and auto insurance.
